Individual Participating Church Trainings

For larger churches and those joining after the community-wide Volunteer Launch a separate Volunteer Training may be arranged.

If the Volunteer Launch is still a few months away we might also have a Volunteer Training in the lead up to the main event. Please amend the schedule for the Volunteer Launch to suit the size of your Training.

To Prepare for a Volunteer Training

• Prepare materials

• Volunteer Summaries for each team
• Sign-up sheets
• Arrange Equipment
• Tables
• VCR/Projector/Screen
• PA
• Program
• Welcome/Introduction
• Video
• Volunteer Summaries and Sign-up (In general no team leaders are present)
• Emphasize date and location of city-wide Volunteer Launch (if yet to come)
