The following is a sample breakdown of meals by team and whether they will eat at the meals venue, need their meals brought to them at a different place (e.g. they are doing school assemblies back to back) or are not in for that meal at all (they might be in a different town for a satellite event or it is their day off and they have organized a trip)

As you can appreciate, with schedule changes up to the last day, this kind of meals sheet might need frequent updates. Make sure to be in touch with the IWT office to get the latest version before each week.
