- Oversee and organize the prayer room for each of the IWT events above
- Provide prayer points for the 24/7 Prayer Wall
- Organize the 40 Days of Prayer and Fasting and provide prayer points through the time
Prayer should be organized for various Impact World Tour events. For some events, the prayer should commence 1 hour prior to the meeting time, for other events prayer will occur through the entirety of the event. This should be a time of faith filled expectant prayer – calling out to God to touch our hearts and heal this land.

- Meet and decide which events will need prayer before the events and which events will be prayed through. Prayer will definitely be needed for the
- Transform Events
- Each night of the Campaign (including setup and tear down times)
- You may also decide to pray for youth events, Church Kick Offs, school assemblies, etc.
- Ask the IWT Coordinator for a schedule of events with dates, times, and places. Update the schedule regularly.
- Assign team members to each event to organize and plan.
- Determine ahead of time where the prayer room will be in the venue and see to all physical arrangements (e.g. chairs, tables)
- Plan a program for the prayer time. Remember to:
- Welcome the group and start promptly.
- Have a time to prepare your hearts.
- Share scripture and prayer requests.
- Have a list of prayer points to pray through.
- Close on time.
- Communicate with the Church Team to have sign-ups posted on church prayer walls.
- For the Impact World Tour nights, you will want to have a prayer room where a group of intercessors is praying throughout the night, but you will also want to have intercessors dispersed through the crowd praying in the seats.
- Obtain a map of the venue from the IWT Coordinator.
- Meet with the prayer group 1 week before the Campaign to pray and plan each person’s positioning in the venue. Be sure to reiterate that intercessors in the venue must be discrete and should not be a distraction to the people around them. If people want to pray out loud, they should be placed in the prayer room.
During Venue setup and tear down
- The teach team values the prayer warriors very highly during their time of setting up the stage, sound and lights. Their aim is “to build the stage God speaks on”.
- They have found that fewer accidents occur, communication flows easier and the whole process is smoother when there are people praying as they are working. It also adds to their peace of mind if they can turn to some prayer warriors with any challenges they might face.
