PRAYER POINTS – SEPTEMBER 2011

• YWAM teams – safe travel, good health, good relationships to be built up with people here in Penicuik/Loanhead/Dalkeith.

• Hospitality – pray there will be enough beds for all the teams, including the support team and also enough help with meals provision. Also, enough people offering transport to get people to and from the venues.

• For more people to come forward to be Local Links; enough to cover all who come forward each evening.

• For schools to be open to encouraging pupils to come and to be part of the event.

• School assemblies through the whole week.

• School staff support including janitorial staff - that good relationships will be built up.

• For all the follow-up being discussed and set up by the Discipleship Team. For SU Groups, Youth Alpha/Christianity Explored, youth café at Jean’s café in Penicuik precinct.

• For Ross, the youth worker from Gorebridge, who is going to help develop some of the follow-up.

• Stewards, Admin, Communication, Publicity material/advertisements – that there would be a good response when this is given out.

• For the remaining budget to come in and for that not to be an issue.

• Local prayer team – for more people to come to forthcoming prayer events – prayer walks, 24/7 prayer, 40 days of prayer and fasting beginning on 12 September, and for Operation Andrew – praying for 5 people to become Christians.

• For all the ongoing arrangements and tasks still to be done.

• For necessary Disclosures - all to come through for everyone on time

• Other venues in the area which will be visited by the teams – hopeful that both Polmont Young Offenders’ and Glencorse Barracks will be scheduled in.

• For churches to work together in harmony.

• For the venues and for all technical equipment to work without any hassles.
