Discipleship is the ultimate challenge. Winning and discipling a whole new generation is our responsibility!

Go where they are (geographic)

We can't expect inquirers to come to a completely foreign environment like our churches; we need to go where they are. With Impact World Tour, we don't measure our success by how many new people come into the churches, but by how many church people are mobilized to interact with the un-churched. This requires research to see where we are not and where small groups should be planted.

Affect every sphere of society (demographic)

We want to reach out to all the spheres of society because the power of the Gospel can redeem every aspect of life.

Speak their language

The imperative to share the Gospel has not changed in the past 2000 years yet each generation is unique. How did Jesus relate to His generation? He used different parables in different environments to communicate truth in a way people could grasp. Today the message is still the same, but by using relevant methods and stories the audience will not only hear, they'll understand.

Every believer is a discipler

Discipleship is the practice of following Jesus Christ and becoming like Him in all we think, say, and do and sharing this life with others - we are all called to do that, not just those "in the ministry".

Recruit and train

In order to disciple others, we need to be discipled ourselves. After choosing tools appropriate for your congregation or group, they need training and experience in using them and ideally would be part of a small group to do so.

Work alongside a new evangelistic thrust

The ultimate goal is to see lives changed and people added to the Kingdom. This is a long term process and happens through relationships. Impact World Tour is a catalytic event that helps you kick start that process, reaching this generation with the Gospel in a way they will respond to.
