Children's Team

Please note: These job descriptions were composed for medium to large sized outreaches with Impact World Tour. For smaller events not all positions or simplified procedures might be required, please apply common sense in determining the needs for your community.

The Children’s Team will mobilize the children to prayer and evangelism, and will oversee the discipleship of children after the Campaigns. Be in prayer that God will give you a creative “Go for it” strategy in your region that will attract and mobilize children. The Children’s team also aims to build unity among children’s workers and ministries in the local area.

Primary functions of the team

To involve the Christian children of this community in the Impact World Tour in crucial areas such as: Prayer and Operation Andrew.
To organize events specifically for children to teach about prayer, evangelism, and the foundations of Christianity.
To implement a comprehensive discipleship strategy through the formation of small groups, bible studies, etc...
