Impact World Tour is coming to Breede Valley April 12 - May 1, 2010

Impact World Tour presents the Gospel in 21st century relevant ways using elements of the culture itself to deliver the message of Jesus.  The results are startling. Our history has proven that around the world large numbers of people are responding to Christ.  On five continents, in over 1600 communities, people young and old have been coming to Jesus!

Crisis or Opportunity?...
Terrorism, wars and economic uncertainty have gripped many worldwide with fear and insecurity. There is a flood of violence and immorality and we have generations that don’t know right from wrong.  There is a growing interest among youth for a spiritual experience.  They are looking for “something worth living for, that is worth dying for.”  Within our churches more are praying, fasting and preparing themselves for a move of God to bring transformation and revival to the community.

“People are hungry.”  The biggest challenge we have is closing the chasm that exists between the lost world and the truth of God’s Word. Many of the commonly used church methods of the past aren’t connecting with the younger generations. If we’ll be brave and innovative to make the necessary changes to minister cross-culturally, large numbers of people will be responding.

Impact World Tour is more than an event, it’s an interdenominational movement. Most effort is spent before and after the proclamation events.  There are three  primary phases in the campaign:
PREPARATION
A successful campaign is built on complete spiritual, as well as organisational preparation. Spiritual preparation involves mobilising the city to focused prayer and calling the church to true biblical Christianity. Organisational preparation includes recruiting and training hundreds of workers.
PROCLAMATION
Some 80 missionaries and evangelists from around the world converge in your community, visiting schools and prisons. Evangelistic nights in large public venues  convey a powerful presentation of God’s truth and love. Hundreds stream to the front, responding to a relevant Gospel message.
PRESERVATION
Working with the local Body of Christ, each person is contacted by a local link and invited to a small group in their neighbourhood or school. Our aim is that each  believer is discipled and grounded in their faith and empowered to “live the life” in their community and the world.

EVANGELISTIC CAMPAIGN ELEMENTS:   NEW MESSENGERS - SAME MESSAGE
The evangelists of today will carry a message of love and life and freedom to thousands of young people. Hard Core skaters, bladers, bikers, hip-hop & cultural  performers, sports demonstrations and full-on feats of strength combine to deliver the never changing truth of Jesus and His love for this world.

Island Breeze
Using the beauty and expression of ‘culture’ itself, Polynesian dancers and musicians use their indigenous music, dance and song to share their faith. Adults and  children alike are captivated and respond to the Gospel message.

GX International
Using ‘blades, boards, bikes and beat’ GX International present the Gospel in a fast and fluid way unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Speaking right to the issues that  face the young generations, they offer solid answers to the tough questions of life.

Team Xtreme
Athletes, conditioning experts and power lifters combine for an action packed evening of evangelism. Using their tremendous physical size and natural ability in sport, they bring a hard hitting Gospel message to those who would normally never attend a Christian gathering.

Live Production
The Live Production Crew build the platform so that God can be proclaimed. Their skills in sound engineering, lighting, live video, graphics production and stage management, are essential for the professional running of the main events.

“Language, gender, age and values are all elements of culture. To really reach people, we must minister cross-culturally. If our appearance or methods cause people to miss the message of the Gospel, the burden is on us to change! The methods Jesus used were relevant to the culture of the time, but very different than the culture of the “church” in its day. Most of today’s younger generation are not open to the methods that reached their parents. The Gospel of Jesus Christ has never lost its  power and relevance. Our greatest challenge now, as a Church, is to present this message in a relevant way, to leave “our worlds” to reach another....”  Mark Anderson (Intl. Director)
