Need more help? No worries ... every client has accessFast Track to Fast Track Training.  Fast Track  serves both new and experienced users of Insight. New users can reduce the effects of the learning curve and learn the basics quickly. Experienced users can jump ahead to learning new features that come request-a-meetingonline. Got a specific thing you want to learn? All training can be set-up as À la carte or we can prescribe a set of learning modules that fit to your needs and is billable only for minutes used. Monthly Billing


Paying your monthly subscription

It is important to enter your debit or credit card details for monthly subscription billing.  This is accessible by logging into your site, entering your Web Office, click on Settings>General>Organization Profile.  Place billing information under the Payment text.Anytime you would like to see your billing, just login as an administrator, select Settings and Monthly Billing. An itemized list of your charges are available for you at all times.
